• Retreat booking form — name, email address, phone number, and retreat preferences.
• Learn / waitlist form — name, email address, city, learning goals, and a link to a song recording you share with us.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payment processing is handled by a third-party provider under their own privacy policy.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to enquiries and booking requests.
• To send transactional confirmation emails related to your submission.
• To send our newsletter if you have subscribed (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve the website and understand how visitors use it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

5. Email Delivery — Resend

We use Resend (resend.com) to send transactional emails — for example, confirmation emails after you submit a form. When you submit a form on this site, your name and email address are passed to Resend solely for the purpose of delivering that email.

Resend processes data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. We do not use Resend for marketing emails; those are handled separately via Mailchimp (see below).

6. Newsletter — Mailchimp

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.). Mailchimp processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

7. Data Storage — Supabase

Form submissions are stored securely in a database hosted by Supabase (supabase.com). Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant and stores data on servers within the EU (Frankfurt) region. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
